Oh my...still much to be done. And I can only tolerate the chaos of boxes and bins for so long. But I am trying to practice some self-care in this new place...so perhaps a little later on as a reward for getting a few more things put away. 😊
Oh the ups and downs of new beginnings. You get a new phone, or computer and the stress is compounded. A whole new home? With a tiny bathroom that doesn't allow a spewing shower? Not too much to ask... and yet, begin again. You'll clean and make wonderful food, and cuddle with your adorable Finn. Happy Holy Days.
Thank you, Cynthia. It was a real test of mindset over matter. But things are mostly better now. And the boxes and bins are emptied and stowed. There's even some art on the walls. I can finally exhale for the first time in 2025.
Well, that's obnoxious on the part of your property manager. 🙄 I used to own a house, and for one year I moved out and had a property manager rent it out. They were so infuriatingly bad that I sold the house rather than work with them any longer.
That is the ultimate making lemonade out of lemons and shows the power of mindset. Definitely nor easy but those skills will continue to pay off for you, hopefully as the problems get fixed and you and Finn settle in more. As always, thank you for the inspiration!
